God has given us all we need to be brave
As you read these scriptures and listen to this worship song,
be expectant that God will speak to you.
For God did not give us a spirit of timidity (of cowardice,
of craven and cringing and fawning fear), but [He has given us a spirit] of
power and of love and of calm and well-balanced mind and discipline and
self-control.

If you can’t quite believe that this scripture is true for your life,
